 缴存基数应按职工本人2020年度月平均工资收入（工资总额）核定。具体口径按《关于调整机关企事业单位在职人员计提住房公积金工资总额基数的通知》（苏财建字〔2012〕81号）执行，各地缴存基数最高不得超过苏州市2020年度职工月平均工资的3倍，即28400元，同时不得低于当地社保最低缴费基数。

 通过系统控制，严格执行住房公积金缴存基数上下限。其中，职工工资基数上限不得超过当年度基数调整文件规定的最高限额，下限不得低于当地社保最低缴费基数，如职工实际工资确实低于当地社保最低缴费基数的，经公积金管理部门核准后可进行调整，但最低不得低于苏州市人社局当年公布的最低月工资标准。
 
 
 
 
 
 改进住房公积金缴存机制
 
 
 扩大住房公积金缴存比例浮动区间。各类企业、民办非企业单位、社会团体等缴存比例区间单位和职工各5%～12%。缴存单位经本单位工会或者职代会讨论通过，在年度调整期内可以申请重新自主确定缴存比例。
 
 
 
 
 
 维护低收入职工权益
 
 
 在年度调整期结束后，工资基数仍未调整且缴存基数低于当地社保最低缴费基数的，由市公积金中心统一调整至当地社保最低缴费基数。
 
 
 
 
 
 增加灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度相关规定
 
 
 参加住房公积金制度的个体工商户及其雇工工资基数应与本人社保缴费基数一致。工资基数和缴存比例上下限按照缴存企业相关规定执行。参加住房公积金制度的自由职业者，本住房公积金结算年度月缴存额最低为500元/月，每增加500元为一档，最高不超过5000元/月。

 近期，国家税务总局、工业和信息化部、公安部联合制定发布了《机动车发票使用办法》，电动自行车行业也包括其中，该办法已经从2021年5月1日起开始试运行，试运行期两个月，6月为最后一个月的试运行，7月1日起，电动车“一车一票”正式实施。

 对于车主来说，购买国六车辆将具备长期的优势。一是重污染天气应急期间，国六车和新能源车一样具有通行优势，另外越来越多的大型优质企业，为了履行社会责任，优选国六车进行运输。
